Sweet lil Leah is turning 3! We went out to my favorite park again early one morning and took so fun pictures. We used bubbles and a pinwheel to capture some fun moments. Mom Dad and sis were there and big helpers in getting her to focus and smile. Here are a few, enjoy! 

Misti & Brent -colleyville wedding

So here are some pictures from the first wedding ever done by SKphotography. Man oh man was it hard work and lots of fun! This was a perfect wedding to get my feet wet with, they were so laid back and carefree, even though things didn't go as we talked photo wise it was wonderful! The hardest part i am having now is figuring out what to edit! What would look good black and white? What are wedding things you do to photos? With the sunsetting behind them during the ceremony i love all of them and don't want any black and white :) So here is my small showing of pictures. Its hard to pick from all 1200 of them! i will save that for the couple!

Bear Creek -Evans Boys

Monday evening i met up with two sweet lil boys and their mom at bear creek park. It was a hot evening but it was a good one. The boys were great and the eldest was my lil poser :) He had some great ideas! This first one was an awesome catch! I was excited when i saw i got this!

Sara Quiros

One benefit of working as a student minister is watching kids grow up both spiritually and physically. Its fun to see them blossom into the person God designed them for. Sara is one of those girls! I remember her being in like 4th grade telling me she drinks coffee every morning! Now she is 16 with a new hair do and braces off!! Drivers and boys be ware she is a hottie! :) We went to downtown roanoke and posed around town...these are a few of my faves.

Got to go back again to my favorite park to do this session. It was really fun trying to catch this lil nugget while he ran and played. They were a sweet family and i think we got some really great pictures!

Birthday Party

I had my first birthday party this past weekend. It was for a friend of a friend who was turning 30. She had the theme of a 50's sock hop, very cute! She has had an incredible journey of fighting cancer and they were celebrating her life this day! Enjoy.

This past weekend i had the opportunity to spend an hour with my neighbors and capture some great moments! We ventured out to a new spot just down the road, Downtown Roanoke. I made the mistake of doing this on a friday night..FYI its busy there! It was fun and here are a few of my faves!
